Made-to-Order Garments

Safa Sajid garments are made to order. Customers can place an order directly through our website by selecting their preferred design and available standard size.

Please review the product information and Size Guide carefully before confirming your order, as production begins specifically against the order placed.

Order Confirmation & Advance

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order. Production begins once the order has been successfully placed and the required advance payment has been received.

Once the order is confirmed and production begins, the advance payment is non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled.

Balance Payment & Dispatch

Once your garment has been completed, the remaining 50% balance becomes payable.

The completed order will be dispatched after the outstanding balance has been received in full.

Size & Fit

Safa Sajid garments are offered in standard sizes including Small, Medium, Large and XL. Measurements applicable to each size are provided in our Size Guide.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Size Guide and selecting the appropriate size before confirming their order. As garments are made against the selected size, an incorrectly selected size is not considered a product defect.

If a garment does not correspond to the measurements stated in our Size Guide for the size confirmed on the order due to an error on our part, Safa Sajid will assess and resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

Production & Delivery

Please allow approximately 6 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment for production and delivery.

As each piece is made to order, this timeframe is an estimate. Unforeseen production, courier or customs circumstances may affect the expected delivery date.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

As Safa Sajid garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference or an incorrectly selected size.

Once an order has been confirmed and the advance payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled and the advance is non-refundable.

This does not affect our responsibility where a garment is verified as defective, incorrect or does not correspond to the measurements stated in our Size Guide for the size confirmed on the order due to an error on our part.

Product Colours & Appearance

We make every reasonable effort to present the colours, materials and details of our garments accurately.

Slight differences in colour may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen or device settings. Minor differences of this nature are not considered product defects.

Handcrafted Details

Certain Safa Sajid pieces may include hand-applied embroidery, embellishment or other artisanal details. Slight variations may naturally occur in handcrafted work.

Minor variations inherent to handcrafted detailing are not considered manufacturing defects. The garment will, however, remain materially consistent with the design and specifications of the piece ordered.

Shipping

Complimentary shipping is provided for orders delivered within Pakistan.

International delivery is available and international shipping charges apply. Customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Website Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, pricing and other information presented on our website are accurate. Where an obvious error is identified, Safa Sajid reserves the right to correct the information and contact the customer where an existing order may be affected.

Changes to These Terms

Safa Sajid may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Revised terms will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication, subject to applicable law.
